What keeps you up at night?
Scene: Lying in bed, eyes wide open and brain on loop with all sorts of stories you’re telling yourself. You are up too late, have to get up to early, and don’t get enough sleep. That’s no way to live! I am in a mission to empower women through better sleep. We’ll talk about things from finances to hormones, parenting to politics, relationships, and business. If you want actionable steps to solve the problems that keep you up at night, you’re in the right place!

I’m Abby. I’m a sleep evangelist who believes sleep is an act of self-empowerment. I teach women entrepreneurs how to transform their businesses and lives through the power of sleep.
As a recovering workaholic and insomniac, I know the struggle is real. I can help you go from exhausted and burnt out to rested and on top of your game.
I live in Seattle with my husband, three girls, rescue dog, Harry Pawter (the boy who lived), and my cat, Lola (she’s not a showgirl). When I’m not preaching and teaching about all things sleep, you can find me kayaking, reading a good book, and driving my kids around in the minivan I swore I’d never own.
