A few years ago, in my own sleep journey, I had to figure it out on my own. In doing so, I came up with a system that allowed me flexibility while still consistently prioritizing sleep.

When I finally got rested, I looked around and realized that most of the women around me were operating in a chronically exhausted state as well.

I know that the best way to help women change their sleep habits is on an ongoing basis, month after month.

THIS IS HOW THE SLEEP RECLAMATION PROJECT CAME TO BE. 

THE PROCESS

A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP WITH FOUR PILLARS OF FOCUS.

EACH MONTH THE COMMUNITY WILL FOCUS ON ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PILLARS. THIS CREATES A FOUR MONTH CYCLE THAT WE WILL MOVE THROUGH FROM FEBRUARY TO MAY, JUNE TO SEPTEMBER, AND SO ON.

CREATING NEW HABITS AND REPRIORITIZING YOUR VALUES TAKES TIME. THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO CREATE LASTING CHANGE, THIS CAN ONLY BE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH SMALL, INCREMENTAL ALTERATIONS TO YOUR LIFE.

Modify your Mindset

Your sleep mindset is the collection of beliefs and feelings you have about sleep. It’s shaped by life circumstances and society’s messages about the importance of work and the unimportance of sleep.

Refine your Routine

Close your eyes and think about your ideal evening. An evening when you have immense feelings of satisfaction and accomplishment, look forward to going to bed, and you get in bed and fall asleep quickly. In the morning, you wake up refreshed and feel great.
Now, let’s make it happen.

Subdue your Stress

Many of us function in a near-constant state of fight, flight, or freeze. In order to help our bodies leave these states, we need to complete the stress cycle. Stress is inevitable and even necessary, it’s how we process and deal with it that makes the difference in the quality of our sleep.

Elevate your Environment

Your sleep environment plays a key role in your ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. The lighting, temperature, noise, decor, and furniture in your bedroom may be standing between you and a good night’s sleep. Together we’ll train your brain to recognize your bedroom as the place you go to sleep.

To guide community members through content and provide actionable steps toward better sleep. 

GUEST EXPERT TRAINING

We will have regular guest experts visiting the community to train us in an area related to sleep through varying modalities. 

RECLAMATION RESOURCE KIT

Access to all journals, checklists, trackers, and scripts to support the reprioritization of sleep in your life.

LIVE MONTHLY Q&A

This is our time to come together each month and connect. These sessions are always recorded if you can’t make it live.

QUARTERLY 1:1

Each quarter you will have the opportunity to schedule a 1:1 session to discuss the topics covered, check-in, or tackle a unique sleep issue. 

PRIVATE VIRTUAL COMMUNITY

Hosted on Circle, this community will be a place for support and accountability. A forum for all members to contribute and learn.

What does it cost?

$27 PER MONTH

Enrollment for Cohort 1 will be open from January 26th to February 4th.

Our first cohort will be comprised of Founding Members and Standard Members from this enrollment period.

Another opportunity to enroll will not arise until we welcome our second cohort at the end of May 2021.

You will be charged the monthly rate 30 days after your initial enrollment.

Each month going forward, you will be charged monthly.

Yearly Membership

$270 per year

You also have the opportunity to save through a yearly membership payment option!

The Yearly Membership includes 12 months of membership for only $270, equating to $22.50 per month.

This will be charged as a one-time payment.
