I’m Abby. I’m a sleep evangelist who believes sleep is an act of empowerment. I teach womxn entrepreneurs how to transform their businesses and lives through the power of sleep.
As a recovering workaholic and insomniac, I know the struggle is real. I can help you go from exhausted and burnt out to rested and on top of your game.
I live in Seattle with my husband, three girls, rescue dog, Harry Pawter (the boy who lived), and my cat, Lola (she’s not a showgirl). When I’m not preaching and teaching about all things sleep, you can find me kayaking, reading a good book, and driving my kids around in the minivan I swore I’d never own.
LOVES: family and friends, a challenge, solving “impossibilities”, the underdog, learning, concerts, music, the sun, horses, gyros, a good book, a quiet Friday night at home, water in any form, dreamers, doers, house plants, teaching, advocacy
HATES: watermelon, cilantro, the speed limit, the middle seat on a plane, rainy months (I am from the PNW), unwillingness to try new things, clutter, yard work, laundry
