As someone who struggled with sleep for years, I’ve tried just about every product or routine that promises better sleep. These are the sleep essentials I swear by. This list has been put to the test and

I wouldn’t dare try to sleep without them!


#1: Calm Magnesium Powder – Mix a small scoop with water about an hour before bed. Magnesium can help relax your muscles and get your body ready to sleep


#2: Dr. Teal’s Lavender Epsom Salt – Turn off the lights, light some candles, fill the bathtub, and add these lavender epsom salts for a relaxing add to your evening routine.


#3: Sol Organics Sheets – The chemicals in our mattresses and bedding can have harmful effects on our health and wreak havoc on our sleep quality. These are some of the most comfortable, budget friendly, organic sheets I’ve found.


#4: Blackout Curtains – Street lights, long summer days, headlights. Light pollution can seriously impact your sleep quality. I resisted blackout curtains for a long time but they are a MUST!


#5: Calm App – Guided meditation, relaxing stories, and music to help you drift off to a peaceful night’s sleep.
